Autophagy Inhibition Potentiates the Anticancer Effects of a Bendamustine Derivative NL-101 in Acute T Lymphocytic Leukemia

NL-101 inhibits proliferation of T-ALL in a dose- and time-dependent manner. T-ALL cells were seeded into 96-well plates with fresh RPMI-1640 medium with NL-101 (a), vorinostat, and bendamustine (b) at indicated concentrations.
