Arctigenin Inhibits Glioblastoma Proliferation through the AKT/mTOR Pathway and Induces Autophagy
Effect of arctigenin on proliferation in U87MG and T98G. (a, b) The cells were seeded in 96-well plates and were treated with indicated concentrations of ARG for hours by the CCK8 assay. (c, d) 5,000 cells were incubated with 100 μM, 200 μM, and 400 μM ARG for 15 days and were fixed with 4% paraformaldehyde for 15 min and stained with crystal violet for 1 day. Data was expressed as the . vs. the control group. All experiments were repeated three times.
