Identification and Validation of an Energy Metabolism-Related lncRNA-mRNA Signature for Lower-Grade Glioma

<div>Identification of energy metabolism-related differentially expressed lncRNAs based on their coexpression with differentially expressed protein-coding mRNAs. Upregulated lncRNAs (square) and mRNAs (circle) were in red; downregulated lncRNAs (square) and mRNAs (circle) were in green. The coexpression pairs between lncRNAs and mRNAs were selected by calculation of Pearson correlation coefficients (PCC) by cor.test function.
