Muscle Fatigue-Alleviating Effects of a Prescription Composed of Polygonati Rhizoma and Notoginseng Radix et Rhizoma

<div>Effects of the prescription on oxidative status in mice. Mice were administered saline, PQR, or the prescription extract (1 or 2 g/kg/day). After 4 weeks of feeding, mice were sacrificed and the livers were collected. Levels of (a) MDA, (b) SOD, and (c) GSH-PX were determined using commercial kits.
