In vitro activity of MEFM2 in ovarian and breast cancer cell lines was presented. This data was derived from three individual experiments and the was indicated for IC50 values. Anti-proliferative activity of MEF [14] and its biomarker, mahanine [10], in PA1 and OVCAR3 cell lines were previously reported by our group, however we have repeated here with MEFM2 for comparison.
