Icariin Ameliorates Lower Back Pain in Rats via Suppressing the Secretion of Cytokine-Induced Neutrophil Chemoatractant-1
Administration of ICA suppressed the expression of pain-related peptides such as SP and CGRP. (a) At the end of observation, the expression of SP was significantly increased in the puncture+saline group when compared with the sham-surgery group; however, treatment with ICA significantly suppressed the overexpression.
