[Retracted] Protective Effect of a Novel Polysaccharide from <i>Lonicera japonica</i> on Cardiomyocytes of Mice Injured by Hydrogen Peroxide

<div>Effect of LJP on the cardiomyocyte survival of mice injured by H<sub>2</sub>O<sub>2</sub>. Percentages of cardiomyocyte survival rate were determined using MTT assay. Cardiomyocytes were incubated with different concentrations of LJP (10, 20, 40 <i>μ</i>g mL<sup>-1</sup>) for 12 h. Control group was added 100 <i>μ</i>L DMEM medium. H<sub>2</sub>O<sub>2</sub> model group was added H<sub>2</sub>O<sub>2</sub> (200 <i>μ</i>mol L-1) 100 <i>μ</i>L. Then, cardiomyocytes survival rate was determined.
