Optimisation of External Factors for the Growth of <i>Francisella novicida</i> within <i>Dictyostelium discoideum</i>

<div>The LDH release from infected <i>D. discoideum</i>. Culture supernatants of infected <i>D. discoideum</i> cells were sampled and tested for LDH activity at 2, 4, 24, 48, and 72 h after infection. The LDH level was measured as absorbance values.
