LCZ696, an Angiotensin Receptor-Neprilysin Inhibitor, Improves Cardiac Hypertrophy and Fibrosis and Cardiac Lymphatic Remodeling in Transverse Aortic Constriction Model Mice

<div>LCZ696 inhibits the expression of proinflammatory factors in circulating blood and heart tissues. (a) The expression levels of the proinflammatory factors IL-6, IL-1<i>β</i>, and TNF-<i>α</i> in the circulating blood of mice were measured by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay. (b) The protein expression levels of IL-6, IL-1<i>β</i>, and TNF-<i>α</i> in mouse heart tissues were detected by western blots. Data in (a) were obtained from six mice in each group. Data in (b) were obtained from four mice in each group.
