Overexpression of miR-374b-5p affects the differentiation of CD4+ T cells. Naive CD4+ T cells were isolated from mouse splenocytes (a) miR-374b-5p mimics, and negative control sequences were transfected into CD4+ T cells, which were activated and polarized under Th1 cytokine regimens.
