PRP combined with ALN promoted cell proliferation, inhibited apoptosis, and improved cartilage matrix metabolism via NF-κB signaling pathway in rat chondrocytes. (a) The protein expression of NF-κB signaling pathway-related proteins (p-p65, p65, IκBα, and p-IκBα) in rat chondrocytes was determined by Western blot. (b) The proliferation of rat chondrocytes was detected by MTT assay.
