The Role of miRNAs 340-5p, 92a-3p, and 381-3p in Patients with Endometriosis: A Plasma and Mesenchymal Stem-Like Cell Study

miRNAs’ expression in the plasma of endometriosis patients (EMS) and nonendometriosis patients (N-EMS) was assessed by RT-qPCR. The value shows statistical significance of results between the case and control groups used for variables with nonnormal distribution: miR-340-5p (a) and normal distribution miR-92a-3p (b) and miR-381-3p (c); (30 endometriosis patients; 30 nonendometriosis patients) (US: insignificant, value: value < 0.05, value < 0.01, and value < 0.0001).
