PCB118 Induces Inflammation of Islet Beta Cells via Activating ROS-NLRP3 Inflammasome Signaling

<div>The levels of IL-6, IL-18, and CCL-2 in the cell supernatants activated by PCB118. Cells were cultured with PCB118 (5, 10, or 20 nmol/L) for 48 hours, and the levels of IL-6, IL-18, and CCL-2 in the cell supernatants were measured using ELISA kits.
