miR-497-5p/IL2RB was essential for LPS-induced apoptosis and inflammatory cytokine production in BEAS-2B cells. LPS was used to stimulate BEAS-2B cells, and BEAS-2B cells were treated with miR-497-5p inhibitor and si-IL2RB. (a) Western blot for IL2RB expression detection.
