Propranolol Participates in the Treatment of Infantile Hemangioma by Inhibiting HUVECs Proliferation, Migration, Invasion, and Tube Formation
Propranolol inhibits tube formation of VEGF-induced HUVECs. Angiogenesis assay was performed to detect the tube formation ability of HUVECs (a) and VEGF-induced HUVECs (b) after 8-hour treatment with different concentrations (30, 60, 90, 120, and 200 μM) of propranolol. (c) Quantitative analysis of the number of HUVECs tube formation. Magnification, 200x; vs. NC group; ## vs. VEGF group.
