[Retracted] Propranolol Participates in the Treatment of Infantile Hemangioma by Inhibiting HUVECs Proliferation, Migration, Invasion, and Tube Formation

Propranolol inhibits the activation of VEGF-induced HUVECs angiogenesis signaling pathways. After VEGF-induced HUVECs were treated with different concentrations of propranolol (30, 60, 90, 120, 200 μM), (a) the expression of p-AKT/AKT, p-mTOR/mTOR, p-Erk/Erk, and p-FAK/FAK was detected by Western blot.
