F1012-2 Induced ROS-Mediated DNA Damage Response through Activation of MAPK Pathway in Triple-Negative Breast Cancer

F1012-2 induces DNA damage in MDA-MB-231 and MDA-MB-468 cells. (a) The cells were treated with F1012-2 (0, 4, and 8 μg/ml) for 24 hours, and then, DNA damage (strand breaks) was determined with comet assay. (b) After 24 hours of treatment with F1012-2, total cellular protein was extracted from two cells, and the levels of γ-H2AX were detected by western blotting. (c) The representative images of γ-H2AX immunofluorescence staining in two cells treated with F1012-2 for 24 hours. .
