Upregulation of IL-32 inhibits STAT3 activation. In the KD and OE groups, Bax, p-STAT3, and STA T3 protein expression was measured by western blot in Eca-109 (a) and TE-10 (b) cells in the presence or absence of 8 Gy X-ray irradiation.
