These are typical examples of the first-order Bessel function graphs used to determine the radii of the IFs (a) and the tetramers (b). The -axis represent the Bessel functions, the -axis represents , where is the pixel value of the relevant peak,  nm, = pixel value for 46.7 nm spacing. The slope of the line of best fit for each graph gives the required radius whilst is the statistical error in fitting the line to the actual peaks.
