Assessment of PBMCs viability in response to melatonin treatment. Cells were incubated with increasing concentrations of melatonin (1 nM, 1 μM, and 1 mM) for 12 h and cell viability was determined by MTT assay. The MTT assay was performed in triplicate and data are reported from the mean of triplicates. Data are expressed as means ± SEM.
