Hemodynamic parameters during 5 hours of mechanical ventilation. Systolic blood pressure (a) and heart rate ((b); beats/min) were measured at three time points (t = 0, 2.5, and 5 hours after start of mechanical ventilation) in mice ventilated with low tidal volumes (L ) and high tidal volumes (H ). Each mentioned group consisted of heterozygote TF knockout (TF+/−) mice and their wild-type littermates (TF+/+). Data represent means of 12 mice.
