Relative Tissue Factor Deficiency Attenuates Ventilator-Induced Coagulopathy but Does Not Protect against Ventilator-Induced Lung Injury in Mice
Hemodynamic parameters during 5 hours of mechanical ventilation. Systolic blood pressure (a) and heart rate ((b); beats/min) were measured at three time points (t = 0, 2.5, and 5 hours after start of mechanical ventilation) in mice ventilated with low tidal volumes (L) and high tidal volumes (H). Each mentioned group consisted of heterozygote TF knockout (TF+/−) mice and their wild-type littermates (TF+/+). Data represent means of 12 mice.
