It also shows—on the top side—the geographical location (level) at which these are measured. The solid arrows show relationships between the approaches to assessment of the quality of care, while the dashed arrows depict the relationships between quality categories on different geographical locations. From this framework, it follows that quality measurement of the IMCU is closely related to other parts of the hospital.
