Brain lesion segmentation based on JCLRRSR.

	Input: multisequence MR image , where
	Output: lesion region marker
	Step 1: multisequence image fusion; establish the feature vector of each pixel and construct the high-dimensional feature matrix
	Step 2: construct dictionary using the method in Section 3.2
	Step 3: solve model (8) according to Algorithm 1 and obtain the optimal solution and
	Step 4: calculate the response value of the pixel according to equation (9)
	Step 5: extract the brain lesions
