[Retracted] LncRNA BC083743 Silencing Exacerbated Osteoporosis by Regulating the miR-103-3p/SATB2 Axis to Inhibit Osteogenic Differentiation

<div>BC083743 promoted osteogenic differentiation of hBMSCs via the miR-103-3p/SATB2 axis. si-BC083743 and miR-103-3p inhibitors were cotransfected with hBMSCs. (a) QRT-PCR was performed to detect SATB2 levels in hBMSCs. (b) QRT-PCR to detect the expression levels of osteogenic genes Runx2, OPG, and BMP2. (c) Alkaline phosphatase (ALP) activity assay for ALP activity.
