Comparison of AUROC for spleen size and PSL (platelet count/spleen length ratio) in prediction of HRV at gastroscopy. AUROC for spleen size was 0.809 (95% CI 0.658 – 0.913; p < 0.001). AUROC for PSL was 0.706 (95% CI 0.541 – 0.839, p = 0.014). The value for the comparison was 0.400.
