HMGCS2 inhibited tumor angiogenesis. (a) HUVECs were treated with conditional medium from HT-29 cells transfected with si-CTL and si-HMGCS2. Tube formation of HUVEC cells was visualized by phase contrast inverted microscope (100×). (b) Tube formation was assessed; the number of nodes per image was quantified and analyzed by two-way ANOVA, ∗∗p < 0.01.
