Isolates were collected from neonates with early onset disease (EOD) (less than 7 days of age); infants with late onset disease (LOD) (7 to 90 days of age); children (aged more than 90 days to 18 years); adults (19 years to 59 years); and older adults (more than 60 years of age).
Samples collected from normally sterile sites other than blood or synovial fluid.
