Photoacoustic FTIR spectra of the ultrasonicated THCPSi microparticles. The surface chemistry of the THCPSi microparticles was studied with a Mattson 6020 FTIR spectrometer equipped with a Gasera PA301 photoacoustic detector using 8 cm⁻¹ resolution.
