99mTc-Labeled LyP-1 for SPECT Imaging of Triple Negative Breast Cancer

Figure 7

SPECT imaging of 99mTc-LyP-1 in vivo. SPECT images of nude mice bearing 4T1 xenografted tumors at different time points after intravenous injection of 99mTc-LyP-1 (a). The tumor-to-muscle (T/M) ratios of 99mTc-LyP-1 and 99mTc-ARAL were compared at 0.5 min, 0.5 h, 1 h, 2 h, 4 h, and 6 h (b). The relative SPECT signal intensities of ex vivo tumors and major organs (c) at 6 h postinjection of 99mTc-LyP-1 or 99mTc-ARAL. The ratio of tumor/liver (T/L) and tumor/kidney (T/K) of 99mTc-LyP-1 (d) and 99mTc-ARAL (e) was compared at 6 h postinjection.
