TYROBP-Variant 1 has the highest fractal dimension and TYROBP-Variant 2 has the second lowest fractal dimension, and TREM2 has the lowest fractal dimension. Inclusion of APOE (2.0382, 1.8673) would suppress 𝑅² to 0.32.
