Correlations between model predicted tumor dose for 50% control (TD₅₀) in 2 Gy/fx and FDG uptake (normalized to maximum) for four different hypothetical uptake patterns. For each plot, all possible ranges of initial distributions of cells were simulated based on various combinations of growth fractions and cell loss factors. Note that each box in the plot represents 25th to 75th percentile of the dataset with tails for whole range.
