(b)–(f) After the top 50 PLK4-related target genes were obtained from the GEPIA2 database, TIMER2 was applied to analyze the top 5 genes with strong PLK4 association. (g, h) The two sets of data were combined, and 64 genes were left after deleting duplicates for GO enrichment analysis (g) and KEGG pathway analysis with the package, respectively (h).
