The percentage of N2O is titrated for each patient during every procedure; bthe drug used as benzodiazepines antagonist is flumazenil 0.01 mg/kg (maximum: 0.2 mg) followed if necessary by additional 0.01 mg/kg every minute up to five times (maximum tolerated cumulative dose: 1 mg).
