Organizing Pneumonia in a Patient with Quiescent Crohn’s Disease

The clinical course of the patient, a 64-year-old man with Crohn’s disease. Progressive pulmonary symptoms and manifestations were seen during scheduled ADA maintenance therapy. Treatment with prednisolone induced rapid, sustained improvements.
