Glycogenic Hepatopathy: Resolution with Minimal Glucose Control

(b) 200x PAS stain with diastase (to break down glycogen) to show marked decrease in bright red staining of hepatocyte cytoplasm, indicating the amount of glycogen present before. The clear vacuoles are consistent with lipid (steatosis).
