Successful Tricuspid Valve Replacement in a Patient with Severe Pulmonary Arterial Hypertension and Preserved Right Ventricular Systolic Function

Using the modified Bernoulli equation (ΔP=4V2) and assuming a right atrial pressure of 15 mmHg, the estimated pulmonary artery systolic pressure is 67 mmHg.
