Axial fat-saturated T1w 180 second delayed venous phase contrast enhanced image: there is better conspicuity of the “striated” enhancement pattern (arrows) which is evident in both the renal cortex and the medulla. This finding contrasts with Figure 3 where the “striated” pattern is only evident with the renal cortex.
