<div>Acute pneumonia caused by<i> Streptococcus pneumoniae</i> alone in a 33-year-old female, 6 days after the onset of fever, cough, and dyspnoea. Transverse high-resolution CT image at the level of the right upper lobe shows consolidation, centrilobular nodules, and bronchial wall thickening.</div>
