Acute Confusional Migraine: Unusual Great Masquerader—Case Report and Literature Review

(b) The same lesion appearing faintly hypodense on apparent diffusion coefficient (ADC) MRI head. These findings of diffusion restriction were keeping with acute to early subacute lacunar infarction. Notably, these findings were not present on the new MRI done in the third admission (index admission).
