The maximal score is 100 in every test. The score is considered 100% when the number of words reaches 15 words in “10, word fluency (listing).” Both stages 6 (perfect) and 5 (sluggish but good) in the six-stage assessment are considered “correct” in the score part, and stage 4 (a certain amount of error) to 1 (wrong answer) in the six-stage assessment are “incorrect” in the score part.
