Two large tumors ((a–d), arrow) reached kidney ((b), arrow head). These tumors showed low intensity on T2-weighted image ((a) and (b), arrow) and intermediate intensity on diffusion-weighted image ((c), arrow). The apparent diffusion value was 2.03, 1.21 × 10⁻³ mm²/s ((d), arrow); thus, we did not consider that these tumors were as leiomyosarcoma.
