Preeclampsia: A Possible Complication of Primary Hyperparathyroidism

A well-defined, oval shaped, hyperechoic lesion identified in the inferior aspect of the left thyroid lobe exhibits mild-to-moderate internal vascularity on Doppler interrogation. It measures about  cm suggestive of parathyroid adenoma.
