<div>The patient received elective field radiation therapy including the whole right breast, ipsilateral axilla, and supraclavicular lymph node (a) with dose prescription of 3,600 cGy in 20 fractions over 4 weeks plus a local boost (b) of 1,440 cGy to the primary site in 8 fractions over 1 week.</div>
