Isolated tumor cells and tumor cells clustered in solid pattern were seen in the lamina propria of the duodenal mucosa. The tumor cells have pleomorphic nuclei with prominent nucleoli. IHC profiling was weakly positive for GATA-3 (c), strongly positive for HER2 (f), and negative for ER (d) and PR (e).
