Docetaxel-Induced Stevens-Johnson Syndrome in a Patient with Metastatic Prostate Adenocarcinoma

Patient images. Physical examination showed conjunctival, mucosal, and skin involvement. Stevens-Johnson syndrome affects less than 30% of the body surface area and commonly affects mucous membranes.
