Orbital Cystic Schwannoma Originating from the Frontal Nerve

Axial magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) revealed that the lesion was located in the extraconal region, just above the levator palpebral muscle; the mass was found to be isointense on T1-weighted image (a) and to have hyperintensity on T2-weighted image (b).
