The cells are spindle or polyhedralshaped and show moderate degree of cellular pleomorphism and frequent mitoses (haematoxylin and eosin, original magnification ×100); (b) immunohistochemically the tumour cells stained strongly positive with monoclonal antibody vimentin (original magnification ×400).
