(a) T2-weighted (TR = 3720 ms, TE = 90 ms, slice thickness = 3,5 mm), (b) FLAIR (TR = 4000 ms, TE = 100 ms, TI = 1000 slice thickness = 3,5 mm) at the level of the rostral mesencephalon. There is bilateral and symmetric T2 and FLAIR hyperintensity of the parietal periventricular white matter and corona radiata. No mass effect is present.
