Case 2 appearance at initial presentation. Disorganized skin tissue is present on both the lower eyelid and the inferotemporal region of the bulbar conjunctiva. Gentle traction on the lower eyelid reveals that the lesions are distinct and that the conjunctival aspect of the eyelid is not affected.
