The Function of <i>Ophiocordyceps sinensis</i> in Airway Epithelial Cell Senescence in a Rat COPD Model

<div>The expression of P16 and P21 in lung tissue of COPD rat models were inhibited by <i>O. sinensis</i>. (a) The expression of P16 and P21 in lung tissue of all the groups were detected by western blotting. The quantitative analysis of P16 (b) and P21 (c) in lung tissue of the COPD group and COPD + CS group was conducted. The mRNA expression of P16 (d) and P21 (e) in lung tissue of the COPD group and COPD + CS group was analyzed by qPCR. <span class="nowrap"><svg height="11.7782pt" id="M17"
